Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are also handled by Apple — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll point you the right way.
We will never ask you to send us your documents, your ID, or a photo of anything in your vault. If anyone claiming to be Paperlock asks for those, it isn’t us.
